We support associations, organizations and coalitions to dialogue toward outcomes that provide inspiration and direction for long-term structural change. 

Some of the processes we use include: collective gendered contextual analysis, holding space for dialogue, theory of change processes, outcome mapping and transformative scenario-building.

We are experienced coaches, mentors and facilitators who design curriculum and learning experiences both on and offline.

While we do quite a bit of workshop facilitation, we are actively trying to expand the spaces outside of workshops such as coaching, and online learning and networking platforms. Our aim is wide and transformative learning grounded in shared dialogue and analysis.

We are researchers and evaluators in a range of areas including: women's economic empowerment; economic strengthening and sexual, reproductive health; savings groups and community finance; building local economies; engendering value chains; transformative learning online.  

Our evaluations are grounded in theory of change, gendered systems thinking, outcome mapping and dialogue. Dialogue is key to create opportunities for learning, debate and alignment.
